I have two houses. How can I use the program for each individual house. How can I create separate catalogs for house 1 and house 2 supposing each house have the same objects, same rooms, same furniture, etc. ?

The "Extended" version of CYA provides the features you seek. You may inventory as many properties as you like and each is kept separately.

It is, however, highly unusual that 2 homes would have exactly the same rooms and furnishings in each room. CYA does not currently provide a method to "clone" a home inventory but it can be done. We would certainly be available to assist you in that endeavor.
