Item Warranty Support File

 

Computerize Your Assets provides the ability for you to track as many warranties per item as you may require. This procedure allows you to view all the warranties currently attached to items in your inventory catalog. From this Browse you have the option to View, Change or Delete any of the existing warranties in the list. You may not, however, add a new warranty. This must be done from the item maintenance procedure.

Type in the name of the company issuing the warranty  ( Required )

Address

Type in the address for the company  ( Optional )

City

Type in the name of the City  ( Optional )

State

Type in the name of the State  ( Optional )

Zip Code

Type in the Zip/Postal Code  ( Optional )

Website URL

Type in the companies web site address  ( Optional )

Email Address

Type in the Email address for the company  ( Optional )

Phone Number

Type in the companies phone number  ( Optional )

Fax Number

Type in the companies fax number  ( Optional )

Policy Number

Type in the warranty policy number  ( Optional )

Warranty Term

Type in or select from the drop list the term for this warranty  ( Optional )

Expire Date

Type in the date this warranty expires or use the button to select from a calendar  ( Required )
